Shipping Costs and FAQ'S

All GamePOD’s are shipped by courier and we can ship to most destinations worldwide, and regularly ship to USA, Canada, Middle East and Japan.

We use high quality couriers such as FedEx for most of our UK and overseas deliveries, which although may not be the cheapest, they offer a premium service and this ensures the goods are always in safe hands and arrive on time and undamaged.

All shipments can also be tracked from despatch to delivery on the courier’s website giving you peace of mind that the goods are on their way.

On overseas deliveries, FedEx will also automatically email you with updates as your GamePOD order goes through the shipment process. So you will automatically be kept up to date on progress of your delivery.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All our product prices on the GamePOD website (with the exception of the USD dollar $ price) include VAT at 17.5% and this is chargeable on all orders delivered within Europe.

For orders delivered outside Europe VAT is deducted from the retail price. Although you may be liable for any local taxes or duties.

VAT is also deducted for deliveries to Guernsey & Jersey islands.

Shipping prices

Our website will work out the delivery cost at the checkout stage once you have selected your delivery destination, but just to give you a rough idea, below are delivery costs for our most popular destinations for both our GT1 and GT2 models.

PLEASE NOTE: these are to be used as a guide only and are based on the standard model without any accessories, as accessories may increase the price slightly.

These are also based on one GamePOD model. If you are buying two identical GamePOD models for example the price would only be approximately 50% extra.

Collect your order from GamePOD

If you would like to collect your GamePOD order instead of having it delivered please select the ‘Collect from GamePOD’ option at the checkout stage. That way you will not be charged delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: On all orders collected from GamePOD, VAT will be charged. If these are being shipped overseas by yourselves then the VAT will be refunded once we have received the appropriate shipping documentation from you.
